Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Traveling Mundo, we follow an unambiguous and transparent cancellation and refund policy. In case of any force majeure, we offer our customers the option to cancel their flight tickets. If the booking is done within 24 hours, we will not charge any cancellation fee. However, if customers cancel a ticket 24 hours after booking, a small amount will be charged. To receive a full refund, passengers at Porter Airlines and Air Transat must cancel their tickets on the same day of purchase (until 11:59 pm). Cancellation of tickets after midnight will incur a nominal cancellation fee. Any cancellation or refund request will be executed only after receiving confirmation from the customer concerned. In addition, customers will be notified via the mail about all incidents that occur in relation to a cancellation or refund request.

Cancellation Rules for LCCs

In Traveling Mundo's Cancellation and Refund Policy, we do not include Low Cost Carriers (LCC), which means that tickets booked for LCC are non-refundable, even if the customer cancels it within 3 hours of booking.
